CAUSELESS HAPPINESS

All of us have one thing in common....

okay i am sorry we have many things in common but right now i am talking about one particular thing which we all want at the end of the day and that is HAPPINESS....

Now my question to you is, How many of you want happiness ??
Almost everyone of us... isn't it...

From my birth till date i was forced to believe that happiness is something which relates to some sort of achievement or recognition from others or money or fame and etc. for example...

1. I will be happy if people will laugh on my jokes
2. I will be happy if i will earn that much amount of money.
3. I will be happy if i will  score that much marks in my exams.
4. i will be happy my boss/ family members will praise my work and like that...

And I am pretty much sure that if not all then many of us were having the same definition of happiness till now...

what we are doing is, we are searching our happiness somewhere outside.. like in money, fame, recognition etc..

And that is the sole reason why we are not happy till now and just looking for happiness here or there...

we are not realising the one simple thing that the cause/reasons which is termendous amount of happiness can also give us multiple times of pain as well. for example if you just stop and try to think of past that one of your resaon i.e. your ex bf or gf were used to be the reason of your happiness became the reason of your sadness as well...

And now we are victim of this cyle of  happiness and then sadness. coz we look for reasons to be happy..

At this momment i want to quote the beautiful lines said by one Mr. DEEPAK CHOPRA

" HAPPINESS FOR A REASON IS JUST ANOTHER FORM OF MISERY BECAUSE THE REASON CAN BE TAKEN AWAY FROM US AT ANY TIME"

And similarly SADHGURU has also said that " when your happiness is dependent upon what is happening outside of you, constantly you live as a slave to the external situation "

So now as we have understood that we should not look for reason to be happy but is it possible ??
And my answer to you is yes. it is possible.

there is state which is known as causeless happiness i.e. being happy and that too without any reason..
It is a state which once you achieved or understand then no one in this world be able to make you unhappy and you will be happy for the rest of your life and that too without looking for any reason..

In order to be in that state you have to follow and understand 2 basic facts...

1.  Do not worry at all..

To  substantiate my point i want to give you the  reference of bhagvad Gita where it is clearly mentioned that

WHAT EVER HAPPENED
WAS HAPPENED FOR GOOD.
WHATEVER IS HAPPENING IS HAPPENING FOR GOOD.
AND WHATEVER WILL HAPPEN WILL HAPPEN FOR GOOD ONLY.

YOU DID NOT BRING ANYTHING, WHATEVER YOU HAVE, YOU RECEIVED FROM HERE, WHATEVER YOU WILL GIVE YOU WILL GIVE HERE.

YOU CAME EMPTY HANDED AND WILL GO EMPTY HANDED

WHOM YOU ARE WORRYING ABOUT ?
NO ONE CAN KILL YOU, THE SOUL NEITHER BORN AND NOR IT DIES...

after my 1st basic fact you might be thinking like whatever i just said is sounds good. but all that is not practical man !!!!

like i have to submit my report next week and i just can't say that no one can kill me, the soul neither born and nor it dies. but rather believe me my boss will kill me if i fails to submit my report by next week...

AND THAT IS THE REASON I HAVE 2 BASIC FACTS AND NOT JUST ONE...

2. JUST DO YOUR KARMA : and the best possible way for me to define it is just to reapeat the line of one of the commercial of the company which gives the tag line of JUST DO IT..

what you have to do is just talk to your self  that

I'm not a star. I don't wanna be a star. I don't have a great name, the media have never heard of me. No public, no cheerleaders. It's not about winning or losing, it's about reaching your limits. Going as far as you can go and then going far of them. I don't collect titles, I collect hours, hours of hard work, hours of pain. As just me, I'm playing for the ultimate victory, the victory over yourself.

This is a way of life, there's no finish line, becoming the best that you can be, there's nothing else that matters. Beating the odds, fulfilling your destiny. I don't wanna be a superstar, i want to be better than that, just want to be me, just wanna be ME. "

AND ONCE YOU FOLLOW THESE TWO BASIC PRINCIPLES
1. NO WORRY
2. JUST DO YOUR KARMA

THEN YOU WILL BE HAPPY FOREVER...
