Day 4


Day by day interaction among students of the batch is increasing. Some of us are having nick name give  by the batch, like "It's Mohit", "Shimla(sahil)","Imran hashmi for mayank" and like that. we also enjoyed chavvani and addhani dance of Manoj, Break dance of Mr. Karan and commentary of not the least of Mr. PAWAN.


Session 1 with Mr. Raghav Garg (raghavgargca@gmail.com)  

What i liked most about Mr. Raghav Garg was their Down to earth behavior.

According to Mr. Raghav Garg following were the key areas to which we should give our attention too :-
  1. Email writing: learn how to write subject, body, meaning of cc, use respected sir (it looks professional), use greetings 
  2. Have a working knowledge of MIS and CMA.
  3. Master Excel :- pivot table, Vlook up and like that stuff coz it is what company is expecting from you now a days.
  4. Prepare different resume for different industry, this will work better for you.
  5. how to ace a telephonic interview
  6. There should be one to many communication and not many to one.
  7. Alpha,Bravo,Charlie,Delta,Echo,Foxtrot,Golf
    Hotel,India,Juliet,Kilo,Lima,Mike,November,Oscar,Papa,Quebec,Romeo,Sierra,Tango,Uniform,Victor,  Whisky,X ray,Yankee,Zulu.
  8. Take phone no so that you can solve your query on whats app.
Session 2 with Mr. Y.P. KATHPAL (ykathpal@yahoo.com)

This is just a summary of what we can learn from this great personality who comes to us to share his decades of experience.
  1. Be punctual.
  2. We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are. 
  3. Open your mind and try to see things with some different perspective.
  4. Use your body language when you are explaining something
  5. EMPATHY : KEY TO UNDERSTAND OTHER PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW.
  6. Be proactive.
  7. Look for clues to delight your customer.
  8. Difference between extraordinary and ordinary is just extra.
  9. TEST UNDERSTANDING TO SAVE TIME.
  10. Essential for communication with clients : Courtesy, Clarity,Preciseness, To the point. Persuasive and correct and authenticity.
  11. why do customer leave ? Ans: 1% die, 3% develop others, 9% competitive reasons, 14% dissatisfied with products and rest 68% coz of rude behavior.
  12. Mind punctuation. 
  13. ladu ke sath puja and puja ke sath laddu both are different . 
  14. few points for lifetime : Cleanliness, Polite behaviour, speed of delivery of work, well dressed, good knowledge, good communication skills, feedback ( for improvement) and punctuality.
