DAY 1st of GMCS at shah auditorium 23/05/2013

Hello everyone, i am learning English so don't take it too seriously although suggestions are  always welcome.

Today I started my General Management and Communications Skills course where I met CA Kamal Garg  and CA Rajendra Arora who told us about various aspects and their views on current market conditions and how to perform in these condition to get maximum of what you can.

Following is what i rejected to attack my subconscious mind :
1. We need to do hard work to get something and the reason behind rejecting this is that there is nothing called hard-work. There is only work, if you like it then it is easy otherwise it will become hard
2. " ab pachtae hot kya jab chidiya chug gayi khet " i really hate this idiom, i don't know why but it gives me some sort of negative feeling and thus instead i said no problem buddy khet is still yours.

Following is the synopsis of what i perceived ( coz perception differs from person to person )

1. In Interview
     a. Never lie
     b. Try to be as humble as you can
     c. when ever they ask any technical question and you are not fully aware of it then just say you are learning it or say i have theorotical knowledge which can be used by your company or acknowledge you don't know this subject but you will learn the same from professionals and like that.
    d. Mind your body language
    e. If they ask you for tea, try not to reject it.

2. Introduction of your's ( jitna faila sakte ho faila do but don't get informal) (ONLY POSITIVE FACTS)
    a. Name
    b. Schooling and graduation i.e. Education qualification
    c. Experience
    d. your own strength
    e. (IN house training and good relationship with previous employer and like that)

3. Complement :- should be true otherwise know more about a person so that you can have time to guess the kind of complement you should give.

4. English :- first flow then fluency

5. No of Attempts in CA :- Attempts are for degree and not for learning.

6. Ragging :- Sometime better to tolerate (if tolerable)

1. Meaning of Professional : a. Integrity, b. Specialization/Excellence/Perfection and c. Independence

2. law of attraction : Feel like an emperor. 

3. Develop a worm inside : worm of striving to be perfect. 

4. Leader : The one who take Initiatives

5. LEADERS ARE BORN NOT MADE - Gandhi ji ( i don't feel so )

6. Scope for CAs in following area :

     a. BANKING 

     b. INSURANCE- fund management

     c. Transfer Pricing 

     d. Carbon Credits.

BOTH THE PERSONALITIES WERE AWESOME IN SOME RESPECT
LEARN A LOT FROM THEM AND I ADMIRE THEM. ( election me ek baar khayal jarur rakhna ;) )
