Day 12


Continuing the names 
  1. Nehal, Kanupriya and Divya : We can ask them the English material they read be it novels or newspaper or the tv channels or blogs or anything which had made their english too good.
  2. Chandani,Chahat, Rohit, Rachit, Mohit, Arti Jain,Neeyati, Gagandeep, Manoj Bansal, Ashish : All these are very good motivator and  they know the power of praising someone... They always motivated me my praising my work..... All they are good leaders... coz they motivate their mates...
  3. Pawan Bansal and Kulpreet : Be pure from heart and never compromise with your character...

group discussion


The faculty who tell us about our mistakes and tell us the ways to overcome them in such an awesome manner that, after the session each one of us were feeling too good and were excited to implement the learning.

Here are the golden points which we have learnt from Sir regarding Group Discussion and for general life  :
  1. Don't use slang in GD.
  2. Don't take stand while initiating the group discussion.
  3. Avoid adding new points to the conclusion.
  4. If you are given with 60 seconds then take 50 seconds for contents and rest 10 seconds to work on how to speak the content.
  5. Prepare well ( Eg. of rock band who practice for 4 hours for the 40 mins performance )
  6. India is having politicians but not good leaders.. So fill the vacancy of leaders..
  7. Do participation as much as possible but give time to others also..
  8. Avoid elongating the words.
  9. Sit on right body posture.
  10. Be very calm while speaking in GD.
  11. Use nodding, gestures and eye-contact through out the GD.
  12. Conclusion should be the summary of what we had discussed.
  13. If you are ready with your points then don't wait for your chance.
  14. Don't say i am agree rather say i am agreeing.
  15. There should be proper modulation in voice.
  16. Read, Read and Read to improve general awareness.
  17. Learn some facts from daily newspapers.
  18. If someone has interpreted wrongly then be open minded and say this topic can also be interpreted as ................
  19. For improving English download the songs of BILLY JOEL, BOB DYLAN, BEETLES, BRYAN ADAMS, SCORPIANS.
  20. Record your voice and listen to know what mistakes you are making.
  21. If you are not able to interpret a topic then go with the basic meaning of the topic.
  22. Colors with their meanings 
  23. Have a good presence of mind.
  24. Avoid foot tapping.
  25. Never say i disagreeing  with you rather say other perspective to it is.............
  26. keep the child alive in you.

It was a fantabulous session with Mr. Anajani sir learnt a lot from him and most importantly love they way he addressed each single student on how to achieve much more..

 SESSION 2nd with CA PRAVEEN NARAG SIR

I am sorry because i don't have much to write on the second session because this session was implementation of what we had learned till now during our life. We did activites of tower building with the help of paper and pebble activity, but somehow following are the points which we can conclude:


  1. Whatever you are doing trying to implement that practically.
  2. Leadership can't be learn't from books, it can be learn't form the activites and from experiences only.
     


  There are many values and benefits successful teams bring to their organizations. pulled together not only by effective leaders, but also by a will on the part of their members to provide outcomes that are the best possible. Team working can be incredibly effective and much more so than individulas working alone. 

Here are 10 reasons why:- 

1. Capacity 

Managers can't do it alone. The outcomes they need are too big for them to do all the work themselves, so they need others to help them. Great managers have teams they fully engage with, to maximize the volume of activity they cover. 

2. Variety 

With a range of individuals, they all are different. Different skills, talents and above all in business, behaviors that will engage each other as they communicate with each other. These 'differences' are what makes a team so powerful and are a real positive. 

3. Skills 

Bringing expertise in the key areas managers need to get the job done, enables every activity that forms part of the team performance, to be delivered to achieve the goals. 

4. Energy 

When individuals get together, they generate energy. Teams utilize this energy by accessing the adrenaline that kicks in when people interact, with different ideas and opinions that are strongly felt, defended and proposed. 

5. Collaboration 

With a range of skills, ideas and experiences, team members pull together to come up with options that come from the discussions and debate that ensues. 

Collaboration is about adding together individual positions to a point where outcomes are much more valuable. 

6. Challenge Up 

Great teams work with team leaders as part of the team ethic, yet they don't just follow along innocently. With the wisdom and confidence their togetherness generates, they ask questions upwards, to help the overall outcome. 

7. Synergy 

Individuals in teams bring particular skills and talents into the mix. These have great value, especially when they blend and merge with each other. In teams, as we saw in the foreword, the sum of the parts is greater than just adding together the components. 

8. Individual Drive 

The individuals in teams have personal aspirations to drive their careers through the way they do their own work. In these areas, working in a team can be tricky as its output must be ‘for the team', yet it is a powerful asset to have in the team, when directed by the team leader accordingly. 

9. Experiences 

As well as skill, team members have experiences that can be shared, to benefit the team as a whole, to make results much more effective. 

10. Spirit, Celebration and Togetherness 

By celebrating, as successes are achieved, bonds become stronger and performance is maximized. The best team leaders take part in the celebrations too - after all, they are part of the team success too! 

That's effective teamwork, much more than the sum of the parts!

    undrstand lik a child - keen to undrstand anything,
    participate lik a child - on toes to show his presence,
    act lik a child - begin frm d scratch n willing to do anything,

  3. You all were wonderful friends, due to paucity of time (2nd half) few points writing here : Show helpful behaviour while participating team. Either you are part of team or you are making parts of team so be part of decision making process. Listen to other's ideas, have patience, make a good plan and then implement. Best wishes
