So finally starting the session.
Session 1 with Ms. Madhu Sharma
Shoot for the moon even if you miss you will land among the stars. The one thing in her class which i found very interesting was, the way she force us to see the thing from different perspective. Generally we stick to our points and argue and never change the way we perceived but in today's session she gave us an beautiful insight and thought provoking idea to see the same thing differently. Although she taught us a lot but following is the summary of what she told us to do:
- Be Precise with your goal and have clarity along with action plan.
- Delete if and but from your dictionary.
- Reduce your risk or we can say take calculated risk because your life is not a gambling game(if you wan't to pursue any other course then do pursue but have some backup).
- Be aggressive in your life.
- Write your mission statement and vision statement.
- Atleast give 45 mins to yourself for your value addition.
- The way we give an answer to a problem tells about what kind of mentality we have like ekta kapoor wali or obama wali.
- When you are provided with a case study then avoid making assumption.
- Avoid ego if you really wan't to learn something.
- Increase your general awareness and start observing.
- Have deo, wet tissues and razor all the time (men) to make a good impression.

Session 2 with CA. Pramod Gupta
A great and appreciable personality having gratitude as their attitude. Sir gave us wisdom and shared beautiful quotes from the life of different person's. The only Chartered Accountant i found in my life till now who has great empathy and who concern about society too other than money making part which all the CA's do.
- Use the power of networking with the help of techniques we learnt in gmcs like how to talk to a stranger or how to join a group.
- Life is not about finding yourself, but about creating yourself.
- Learn and observe and ask the people about from where they belong and by this you will be able to increase your knowledge about the different places.
- Feedback is the essence of communication.
- INVOLVING IS EVOLVING.
- A manager should be a good leader.
- Don't be over enthusiastic otherwise it can create problems to you.
- Swami Vivekanand's most peculiar power was the power of concentration.
- Use your words nicely don't ask a girl wearing a watch with some stones about kya gadhi (watch) m bhi diamond hote hai rather say kya diamond (girl) bhi gadhi (watch) pehnte hai.
- Apply what you read. Sir explain ever quote with how to use that in your life so, whenever you read something try to figure out how you can use that in your life.
- Do a lot of bookmarking in computer coz it is free and you can get all the information at one click.
- Goal congruence : everything fails if this is not there in management.
- Why fit in when you are born to stay out.
- No one make you feel inferior without your permission.
- Give as much time as possible to understand a problem from different perspective coz then you will be able to solve it in just few time.
