Day 7



Continuing the name of other students from which we can learn and what we can learn.

  1. Nitin Arora : Never shy in doing what you love. Show your talent coz jo dikta hai vo bikta hai.
  2. Saloni: Confidence and sincerity.
  3. Sakshi: Confidence (Respect your mother tongue eg. the way she talk in punjabi )
  4. Yukti : Continuously work on the areas on which you are not that good i.e. strive for excellence. 
  5. Satakshi : Active Participation i.e. actively participate and that is they key to win the race.
  6. Rooma : No matter what others are talking about just go and do it. like when she comes and speak on mic some of us start passing comments but she never consider these things and just do her job.
  7. Gaurav : Jaise b doubt ho ya experience of share karo and bolo coz if you are doing it wrong way the or if your doubts or questions are annoying someone then the faculty will tell you the way how to have better interaction or how to put your points or opinions and if no is annoyed then just enjoy.
The list is not complete but i will add the names day by day.

So finally starting with the sessions 

Session 1 with Mr. Y.P. KATHPAL (ykathpal@yahoo.com)


Today's session with Mr. Y.P.KATHPAL sir was not an ordinary one. He made six on the first ball and till last ball of our session he didn't stop. Today we really understand and apply what he said truly our life will be changed for ever. So here are the point on which we should give due consideration.
  1. You can never manage time coz it is fixed i.e. 24 hrs a day. YOU have to manage yourself and your priorities.
  2. Ask yourself what are the activities which if you will do then they will change your life both in personal and professional way.
  3. Learn adjectives with alphabets A TO Z.
  4. You must have fire on belly and the quality of fire is that it always goes up.
  5. For time management understand and master the technique of delegation.
  6. Master the art of negotiation because this will help you in all the spheres of your life be it personal or professional.
  7. For better negotiation you should have the powers and the sources of power are a. Competition, b. Legitimacy ( fixed price shop), c. Risk taking, d. Commitment, e. Expert, f.Authority to reward and punish, g. Precedence and last but not the least persistence.
  8. Negotiation process 
    9. Then we were give with the case study where we applied what we had learned. 

    Every day is incomplete and waste if we don't laugh, don't enjoy, don't smile, don't do any kind of fun. So here is the list of activities which make us laugh today.
  1. In the early morning it was the commentary of Pawan with the words "Jai Mata Di lets rock" and " Mujhe tere ghar m pani chahiye roti nahi ."
  2. HEIGHT OF APPLYING WHAT YOU HAVE LEARN IN GMCS..

    A student of our(unfortunately me) batch in washroom suddenly realise that he is not sitting erect and not in running position and his hands should be on thigh.
  3. Singing of Nitin Arora coz it requires courage to sing in front of so many people.
  4. Poems From not other than our prestigious faculty of today Sir Y.P. KATHPAL 
  5. We enjoyed the mental agility of Sir CA Kamal garg, his wittiness is  un-comparable and unbeatable. Even Pawan and Dinesh was silent in front of him.
  6. Outstanding activity performed by gaurav and dinesh bansal ( baap and beta with new skoda superb). 

Session 2 with Mr. Divyanshu Aggarwal (dsrmadvisors@gmail.com)

  1. Even if you know what has been said by some one don't mention that to third by the name of that person. Eg: We all know MANGO PEOPLE kisne word use kara tha but we should not say this word was used by *********.
  2. A good teacher is one who focus on bottom of pyramid i.e. work hard on the students who are having little exposure and sir did it very well. 
  3. Money can also make you handicap so be cautious and should not make it your weakness.
  4. With money you can purchase time e.g. instead of driving you can hire chauffeur etc.
  5. First deserve then desire.
  6. Don't hesitate in sacrificing for good and long term goals(sir did it and learn about TP).
  7. Always hire good people i.e. never compromise with the quality of personnel because it decide the work you deliver.
  8. Read, read and read.
  9. Transfer pricing : The realm where you can earn a lot and take strategic advantage.
  10. When Kamal garg sir entered the class and appreciate my effort after that i wasted 5 mins in thinking about that praise, so it is must to control your emotions.
  11. Be a drug to your client so that he cannot afford to lose you.
  12. RAISE YOUR STANDARDS ( AVAILABLE TO OTHERS ON APPOINTMENT BASIS).
  13. Work on your secretarial skills and English  for better drafting of documents.
  14. JOB CHOD DO BUT LOGO KO MAT CHODO I.E. BE A GOOD RELATION MANAGER.
  15. Never fight with the person of your profession because of clients.
Thanks to both the faculty of today from the bottom of my heart to teach us wonderful lessons which will be with us for the rest of our life.
